Alot of that stuff is very good. Some of it is pie in the sky (ending profiling for instance) but most of it is realistic solutions that can be implemented within a few years.
When they argue for decriminalizing certain things like loitering, trespassing and disorderly conduct that is contextual. Trespassing is an obvious crime and can lead to something bigger as does loitering. Disorderly conduct on the other hand can be just about anything from public drunkenness to pissing outside to starting a fight.
