Thats why it hold up so much better. You can watch it as an adult now and still appreciate. 2 and 3 were kiddy-fied and comes off corny now

I remember back in the 80s I had the ninja turtles rap on vinyl. Not that shit that vanilla ice but the turtles actually rapping. Shit was hilarious. I gotta go to my folks and see if its with my old stuff

Loved the original, and watching it as jaded 29 year old its amazing how dark the film actually is. The new film is fucking awful.

This got to number 1 in the UK: I still remember this getting played on Top of The Pops. I think Timmy Mallet knocked it off the top spot after a while.

I remember when this came out I was staying in Connecticut at the time. I used to beg my mama to take me to New York to find the Turtles. I used to think they were real.

That's why I was so salty with the new movie and the cgi with it. Those costumes were godly and so realistic.

I'm watching this again tonight. Its so good.

I dont know why they went the CGI route with the new one. Man in a turtle suit worked just fine for me and made the fight scenes better.

I also prefer the depiction of Shredder in 90 Turtles. Classic shit.

The cgi actually make the fight scene better cause the fighter not restricted by the suit. The problem with new movie is the turtles too damn big
