I keep catchin flack for the fact that when it was happening I didnt really care, and 10 years later that apathy hasn't changed.

It was 3000 miles away from me and it was happening to people I didnt know and didnt particularly care for. Plus it irked me how many fake "patriots" sprung up from the first year after it happened. As I got older, I still didnt give a fuck because of all the horrible shit that sprung from it because Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfield were able to use that as an excuse to start a war with a country that had nothing to do with the people who commited 9/11 in the 1st place. Not to mention other terrible shit like the Patriot Act that came from it, that never would've happened had 9/11 not taken place.

Am I the only one that doesn't care about that shit?

Yo the shit was sad so I care because it wasn't just a building it was WTC the finance center of the world. Plus 3000 people thought they would go home and see there family or friends that night but didn't. Watching that shit on TV made me realize that shit cuz easily happen to the Sears Tower where I have family and friends that work near and around there.
