Goat thread. I'm doing this right now. I'm actually building two businesses on the side..one for credit repair and education, the other with real estate. Everything you listed is accurate. I have less down time than most of friends and I don't miss it. I've been reading a really good book called "Set For Life". In the book he talks about HOW you should reinvest in your business vs. Paying yourself... This section stood out to me and I'm sticking with this to build my empire!

Only spend what you get back in return..Don't spend your principal. If you invest $2000 in your business and you make $2500... Then you keep the $500 and put the $2000 right back into your business.

Earlier I was just talking with a cat i met the other day at WH that does software engineering, and we had a meet today via online to discuss some opportunities with IT. Basically how you can step yo cert game up in that field simply by passing the tests, and for less than a few hundred you can get thousands more on your salary. It can be done for full time and passive income.
