People try to rewrite history in Hip-hop. Pac was a force but he was not considered the #1 best when he was alive. He wasn't the only hot shit out. The 90s was flooded with dope artists. So stop disrespecting the culture. You have the right to like Makaveli the best, but don't act like it was a 10 star album (which it was) and the other albums are 7stars.
