Damn 50 smh.....even if this is just a ploy to not pay, filing for bankruptcy is still gonna hurt his reputation.

When you file for bankruptcy, you still have to pay every dime unless a settlement is reached. The govt or 3rd party can take his properties away and sell them, so 50 would have to pay something eventually anyway. I doubt 50 is really broke but he has to be hitting some hard times. If he really had hundreds of millions, he would have paid that 17 million to the headphones company already, who really wants to have a frozen bank account? If he's using other accounts good for him but this whole situation looks like an L to me.
