I am 99% convinced that something is going down. Not the end of the world, but the end of this way of life that had consumed this planet like a virus. Shit is already popping off as we speak, it's just that people would rather watch some kardashian nonsense rather than research what's currently taking place all over the entire world. People thought nothing was gonna happen in 2000-2001. But 9/11 happened, and it effected the entire globe.

i highly doubt it. if something like that is to happen during our lifetime it wont be something to be predicted by humans

I know it's hypothetical my brother, but why speculate about "what may happen?" The word of God tells us everything we need to know. The future and destiny of the world is all contained in the scriptures. Only God knows the future and only He knows what will take place with 100% accuracy. God says in His word that the last days will be filled with deception beyond what anybody can ever imagine. In fact, God stated that "there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect." (Matthew 24:24)

2012 is false prophecy and sadly many are being duped into believing that something will happen. Don't be led astray my brother. Stand on the word of God and its 100% accuracy. Everything that pertains to life and godliness is contained in the word of God. We need to lay hold of it and meditate on it day and night. The Holy Word of God is the only thing that will keep the saints of God focused in the days that lay ahead. It will never lie to us nor will it ever deceive us.

I believe God my brother. He is the author and finisher of my faith. I know that in Him I win. And with me knowing this to be true, I have hitched a ride on His chariot because it is coming and it is coming fast. You stated that there will be signs in the sky, I mean, it's pretty much on par with the Mayans. I know that predicting anything makes people say "uh, no God didn't say that" but who are we to know God didn't show them?

God showed man back then, then they wrote what they saw, hear, was told etc.

How do we not know that Nostra. was told or shown something? We just don't know, that's why it's interesting. Thing is though, with Nostras. quatrains he wrote you never know what it means until it happens, that's what makes it iffy. I've seen the Ancient Aliens show on the History Channel and it is certainly interesting.

The 2012 Mayan calendar thing just points to some astronomical happening. I forget what though, Precession? Planet Alignment? The Mayans may have interpreted that as the end of an era, but not the end of the world.

The Nostradamus stuff has been made to fit certain happenings in history. For example Nostradamus' three Anti-Christs 1. is thought to Napoleon 2. is Hitler, but third was said to Saddam Hussein because he was a really bad guy, and could cause the world many problems, until he died without having much impact on the world. So now it's Bin Laden, but he's been quiet so then it was Vladimir Putin, but he's been quiet, so maybe its Obama, or maybe Bin Laden again, see when you have to apply Nostradamus to present happenings it doesn't fit.

So no I don't expect the world to end in 2012, but if it does Earth had a pretty good run.
