Back in the 90's radio waves were being flooded with quality Hip Hop... Even the more thought provoking rap was getting mad spins....
Can the same be said for this past decade?

Only reason why 00-05 was good was cause the effect of the 90's hadn't warn off yet...

You can't honestly tell that the 90's wearing off of Hip Hop was a good thing....

Nobody said everybody was wack after the 90's and everybody that acknowledges that 90's hip hop as a whole shits on everything afterward so far wishes that wasn't the case.
