Edit: had to put Lupe in there. His first two joints & earlier mixtapes did it for me. Best of the 00's.
If he hits anywhere around 200k that's a win for him & Hov.
TBH I didn't think he would do that well because not as many people in my area were checking for him this year like last year.
His album's still pretty good though...Salutes.
It also highlights the OP of this thread.
the amount of free blacks in the the 18th & 19th centuries along with their political & financial impact is grossly under-counted/underrepresented in U.S. & European history. stories such as these are not as far fetched as people think. the same applies to the mulattoes.
blame Jim Crow.

^^^This would be dope...Make him a Haitian immigrant.
As far as 1983's Scarface? Yes the film in and of itself is average but Pacino's performance & De Palma's plot development was great. It also embodied and influenced an entire era.
Will the new one match up? Doesn't matter.

Change starts in the family, community & in business....Not the Executive Branch of U.S Government. It made for a good campaign slogan for Obama, but it was never realistic...
It's good to see "some" black Academics & Leaders finally wake up. This Obama ideal they had was always set to fail.
There was no community unity or powerful organized financial or political capital commanded by black Americans BEFORE his election...So most of us fighting so hard to put him in...
X is a grown man who does what he wants. He's achieved a healthy family, successful career, wealth, fame & knowledge.
Only thing left to attain is inner peace, & I wish him the best.
