Without the wackness of 95 we wouldnt have the greatness of 96 and goldberg in 97 and the first half of 08 wcw... man i think WCW still coulda turned it around if it you gave it a good two year chance to rebuild from 01 on...

I remember WCW putting on good shows in 2001. If they didn't go under I think they would have turned things around. They had a hot main event scene with Booker T, Scott Steiner, Goldberg, Buff Bagwell. They had young guys that were doing their thing like Jindrak, O'Haire, Lance Storm, Mysterio etc. They had the vets like Flair, Luger, Sting, Nash and DDP.

Just when they turned things around TNT pulled the plug which essentially killed WCW. Because without a tv deal it wouldn't make sense to continue the brand.
