A code that only applies to street niggas....of course a lot of those said people still dnt live by that code, but ordinary citizens are not following the stop snitching code, but they can reap the consequences of snitching, its just the way shit is

We was actually watching the video of camron on 20/20 talk about snitching.(video show was like 3 years ago) and said she ask him if their was serial rapist next door, will the call the cops or would you mind your business. he specifically said " he not bothering me, why should I" and that shit blew my mind man. So you mean to tell me if this motherfucka, went and rape some little kid male/female child coming home from school. You wouldn't do shit?
