I have in law relatives that grew up in Mississippi. I have family friends that had family out in LA and MS. There is a reason they don't live there and got jobs up here in CT now and are not there.

Not everyone is dumb from those states but there is a overwhelming ignorance and lack thereof of education from that portion of the country. That isn't to say that is everyone. But someone from there tell me there aren't a higher % of those issues than the rest of the country. You would be lying.
