I don't know why they weren't in costume, either, but Superboy and Miss Martian don't have secret identities. At least not in the series, they don't.
Aqualad probably doesn't, either.
Robin was wearing shades the whole time, and Kid Flash can move faster than the eye can follow, so I guess we were supposed to suspend disbelief.
