Only things I respect about Wayne is his work ethic , his hustle and him being the only child rapper to ever be successful as a adult rapper .

Are you a fan of those rappers though? I am and it's fuckin sick to hear a Nas verse on a hot beat after a long time.

I'm with you on this. I respect the dude's hustle, but I haven't listened to the Carter 4 yet & don't know when I will. I'm sure the songs the threadstarter is talking about are dope though if he has those cats on them.

too many features cause Wayne can't hold down an album by himself

But Wayne is only on a song with Jada...3000 & Tech on one song, and Nas on another with Busta & Shyne (which was fully outta the blue)...

Other than that he's got solo tracks.

lol, he held down Carter 2 by himself. Barely any features on that album and it's arguably classic.

I definitely give Weezy credit for putting real MCs on his album. One thing I like about him even though C4 is just average to me and I think C3 was garbage.

Hahaha I guess that's how you feel...but Wayne decided to put these rappers on, they're not just being told to feature on it. Simply as a fan, it was nice to hear these dudes who all seem like they haven't been on some hot beats for a while.

Its cool , but if I wanted to hear Nas or Tech or 3k on a hot beat I would just listen to thier albums . I am more about the quality of the music and not just hearing a rapper on a hot beat.

It's been a while since Nas has picked quality beats for an album.

And what's quality without a rapper on a hot beat? Lol.

when its someone like wayne he really has no choice in whos on it. he's too big name for the label to just let him put some random ass dudes on there. obviuosly there gonna have dope features, the label knew regardless if it was a good or bad album it would sell so they had to help wayne out as much as possible.

That's true, then it seems his label picking these guys was what's in the best interest of the music for once.

I'm surprised there's no Nicki on it for example...someone with a huge draw...

I don't have to respect Wayne for putting Andre and Nas on there. Why would I? That only helps him out.
I do respect him putting Shyne on there though, because I felt like he was helping Shyne out, almost putting him on, trying to get him back on track. I respect that.

I've read your postings and it's real apparent who the dumbass is. Again it's one song Remedial Ron. Then again you are from Atlanta.
