Minneapolis isn't a bad city, but the weather is dog shit half the year. Be prepared to spend half your days in some of the worst weather imaginable. You truly don't know how bad it is unless you've lived this far north before. Car batteries exploding it gets so cold, homeless people freeezing to death in the streets, spit will freeze before it hits the ground.

State of Arizona has some nice shit, i would move to Arizona just for Arizona State University alone, nothing but fine ass hoes who want to party and fuck. You also can go up to the mountains in Flagstaff which is really nice as fuck, you can go to Vegas which isn't far away.

That's tough, AZ is nice, i have a friend that works for raytheon out there. Nice climate, nice landscape. I remember kicking it at lake havesu when I was in yuma. But MN is up there by Ontorio and winnipeg get your prescriptions filled cheap. If I lived that close to canada, I'd start the citizenship process. Nice parks but brutal in the winter. If you don't mind the cold and an annoying accent I'd go for MN. AZ is going to have tons of illegals, and budget problems, and hosing is kind of expensive. it would depend which company had the sweetest deal and was the most stable.
