all this started when i asked for tommy to be unbanned....
which caused fazeem to start posting shit on my profile, which gave all these niggaz the opening they needed to attack...
escalated by being able to see who pressed the buttons, which caused a bunch of dudes to get banned for pushing buttons in the past....and "abuse" of the shits
sensing the opportunity to strike, jg somehow found a ways to get screenshots of fazeem's objections to tommy getting unbanned, added to all the shit getting outta hand int he reason's "ask a moderator" thread to stage what we pretty much have now....
imo... the best way to end this shit is
1. get rid of who can see who pressed what buttons
2. take away banning powers from mods
eventually we have to find out what jg is doing and how he is doing it... but imo that should be reserved for the admins and those who were actually paid to keep the site secure....they have much more of a know how, and are completely anonymous to those guys which doesn't place them in a danger zone for retaliations, where as all of us mods who have been posting for years have to actual consider that and it weighs in with the judgement process.. as some mods have already demonstrated and expressed through their frustrations...

I have been one of those deleting JG aliases. @thulsa you pointed out that alias to me so why are you playing both sides of the fence you are on some other shit with that snake play. I simply pointed out that some have chosen to ignore Greg and Jays requests to clap on site and instead engage in a war with their fellow MOds for whatever reason. I made no mistake so I am not sure where this spin is coming from again kats are seeming really backwards on here now just making shit up as they go along trying desperately to make something stick...

oh and ever since that day where i watched him and ICY have a conversation about the different ways the site could be attacked.. i fell back on the "clapping him on sight" motto...
i realized right then and there from their conversation that i know jack shit about how these things really work.....

Could one of you mods copy/paste this into that thread in the Mod Room where Fazeem was talking about users abusing the "Flag" system and how they should be banned? I don't like his hypocrisy and how he attempts to come off holier than thou.
As a poster on this forum, I'm confused as to how the above image isn't an abuse of power when a mod can put 5 flags on the post of a poster he has already expressed his hatred for. Not only was it an expression of hatred, but this man called another man a "demon" and admitted to having caught personal feelings from an altercation that occured on this forum months ago and he's still harboring ill intentions towards this poster.
As an unbiased and neutral observer, I feel that Fazeem and all other mods should not be allowed to moderate on users they have personal grudges against. I feel it is in the best interest of the site that these decisions be handled by either a moderator that is impartial or by an administrator. Mods let personal feelings dictate their actions....which is why Tommy's post was flagged 5 times, but Hrap's post below wasn't flagged once.
As you can see there are many rules violations in this post, name calling, trolling, stalking, etc. Yet nothing is said to H-Rap, Fazeem claims that he's unbiased, if so, why wasn't anything said to H-Rap but Tommy received 5 flags for "trolling"? How can Tommy be "trolling" if he did nothing any differently than what H-Rap did? Also keep in mind these two posts were consecutive with Tommy's post being a response to H-Rap's.
