i catch a pain in my shoulder every now and then. its when i do curls and dont keep my elbows in tight.

it dont hurt, but its more annoying than anything. i know i should keep my shit in tight, but ive exhasted that move.

i got it now. imma wait about 3 days. and imma be cool again.

basically what im sayin is, i cant do one arm at a time curls. i gotta do 2 weights together.

and and it always happens when i move up to 40's. i work out with 30's on the curls. and i can do 35's. once i hit 40, its a wrap.

and here i am, a dumb ass whose goal is 80 lb weights for each arm.

and i gotta start off at 25's again, and build myself up to 40's, and get the strain again.

any help would be nice.
