Officer Frank Tapper - used to terrorize his neighbors on some Lakeview Terrace shit before shooting his next-door neighbor to death in front of his home. Has been indicted by a grand jury......he claims self-defense of course.

Officer Tyrone Wiggins - Charged Nov. 19 with repeatedly raping a 12-year-old girl over years.

Officer Adrian Makuch - Arrested for "improper contact with a minor, luring a child into a motor vehicle, prostitution and corruption of a minor" (no Rekers)

Officer Rudolph Gary Jr. - Charged May 3 with fatally shooting his unarmed estranged wife's brother in South Philadelphia.

The only justice is their death really. Communities need to get on one accord and as a group make sure if a pig over steps his bounds that his address is found and his family is terrorized period. Idiots always say "well that will just make the police retaliate and kill blacks."

As if they need a reason in the first place. Unless that happens this will continue. And SMH @ them thinking that code needs to change only after the pig embarrasses them by hurting HIMSELF. All the murders and rapes of children were perfectly OK though. What a bunch of losers.
