Am i listening to the right version? Every song is a minute long....it sounds like snippets to what could be an ok album but what im hearing leaves a lot to be desired

Remember when mumble rappers were like fuck words? Now it’s fuck songs

The idea of creating shorter albums/mixtapes is something more rappers should do. Shit 2 minutes of a 4 minute future song is pointless. So is 60% of a future mixtape. If he cut the shit filler songs and only dropped the best 20 or 30 minutes of his music his quality of music would be through the roof.

Now some of these mumble rappers just suck period so it is what it is. But if more talented rappers cut their hour plus mixtape/album and went partial jay electronica their shit would be better. How many albums in the last decade have fallen off in the 2nd half? The internet and ease to release content has given us projects with too much music for too long.
