Because majority of them particular everything after 93 are mute simple Simon production any other producer can easily replicate which is why there are so many tracks that some think Dre did but really was someone else, such as Scott Scotch, Focus ,Hitman, Mel-Man etc, even Em.

Thats what happens when you have no “identity and “personality” to your shit and have so many other people invovled with your creative process.

IMO Dre's name and most importantly his A&R talent which many confuse with "production/beat making" skillz are whats given him props not his production.

and the reason why not so many NWA tracks are listed because Yella had alot uncredited hand into them tracks.

First of all it sounds like your one of those people who say Dre "steals" his beats when clearly Storch, Mel-Man, Elizondo etc... are credited for what they did whether it be playing the keyboard, co-producing or whatever.

2nd If Dre is not the mastermind producer most of us think he is how come all this production with co producers sound like his style and not like some other producer?

3rd how come none of these other producers affiliated with Dre have stepped out on there own and made a name for themselves besides Storch who we all know sounds just like Dre on most of his stuff?

4th you do know that other great producers like Quincy Jones and Kanye have there own co producers that have helped him them out too right? Do you try and discredit them as well? Do they have no "identity" and "personality" either?

Lastly how do you know what goes on in the studio with Dre?

I was shocked to see "Nas Is Coming" on the list. It isn't as bad as it has been made out to be, but it's far from one of Dre's top 50 beats. "Firm Fiasco" from The Firm album is much better than that beat and it's not even Top 50.

I didn't agree with the Eminem selections either. "Guilty Conscience" and "Role Model" are dope, but aside from those the best beats that Dr. Dre gave Eminem are all on Relapse. I think "3 A.M." is Top 50 Dre material.

1) Dre doesn't steal beats he has other producers do them for him and then he adds his "touch" and mixes them. This widely known which Snoop confirmed, and others have openly said he gave Dre beats.

2) The Dre "sound" is easily replicated and the quickest way to make a quick buck I guess, most of its "blanket" beats that anyone half ass rapper can rap to.

3)Thats is odd indeed isn't it? I think these guys are pretty much paid and well off without having to "come out". Plus alot producers are just content playing the background

4) Quincy Jones is not a hip hop producer and has no hip hop classic.....he is irrelevant to a hip hop discussion and it show a true lack of understand and no offense ignorant to compare a tradition music producer to a decidedly "un-tradition" genre of music. Y'e has more than enough bangers and classic to his name without co-producers and him using them now isn't such a issue. He's intentionally trying to bring more of a Pop/R&B sound to his music so that probably he using others to help find that sound. All the singing and formatting is to attract more R*B and Pop audience.

Personally none of my top hip hop producers are know for anything but coming up with there own creative ideals , expect maybe from certain particular artist they work with. RZA,Premo,Pete Rock ,Marl Marley,Buckwild, Large Pro, J-Dilla, Diamond D, The Beatminerz, 9th Wonder, The Alchemist, Havoc, Easy Mo Be,

they maynot have the mainsteam appear as Dre, but over the years I personally find more enjoyment and most importantly find that MCs just sound better over their production then Dre and his team's.

Forget all the usual rhetoric and propaganda of “impact”, “radio” ,influence”, “sells”

Place all that bullshit to the side and you'll see that 9 times out of 10 if you name 12 MCs,

NOT named Snoop …they’ll comes off and sound better over ANY of the producers I’ve listed production then they would Dr. Dre and his team.

(and now of days Snoop is questionable)

By not answering my last question you know most of what u said is irrelevant right?

Why can't people just appreciate the music for what it is rather than splitting hairs on somthing insignificant? How are you going to not like Dre? The guy makes good music and good CD's and creates artist that have been in the game longer than your average rapper. You really think Dre has been ripping people off all these years without some sort of resistance from the people he has ripped off because according to some of the people on this board Dre has yet to produce much less make a beat by himself. Why is it so hard to give someone credit? I really dont get this. Also people need to stop acting like their opinion is fact. It's not, so get over it.

nah.

you don't have to be at the "scene of the crime" to build a vaild case against someone.

Simple question:

Does Dre has a histroy of getting help making beats using numerous co-producers and does he have a histroy of other producer publicly admitting "submitting" production to him?

True or False?

Truth be told nobody knows but the people that work with Dre so until you come up with solid proof that other producers make his beats for him and he takes credit for them then your opinion doesnt hold much weight.
