I hate to say it, but I think it's gonna be Cyclops who gets hauled off to jail.

I hate what the Marvel writers have done to my favorite X-Man over the years. I guess every major character goes through a fall from grace storyline. Happened with Cap, Iron Man, Prof X, Jean Grey and the list goes on. Guess it's Mr. Summers' time now.

Anyone else notice that Cyclops doesn't appear to be augmented by the Phoenix Force in this panel? I mean, he still has the costume, but not the aura and such like Emma does.

I don't think she took it yet. I mean, she did hurt him with the Iron First power. But when u look @ the covers to Uncanny X-Men #18 and then AvX #11, he definitely has the PF.

He'll have it when he and Emma fight each other, too.
