Survivor Series 1995.... almost through 1995 guys :(

Undertaker in his Phantom of the Opera mask, Savio Vega, Fatu (Rikishi), Henry Godwinn

vs.

Hunter Herste Helmsley, King Mabel (Viscera/Big Daddy v), Jerry Lawler, Isaac Yankem (Kane)

Mad personalities and old characters in one match.

Give a rundown of classic matches of that year

my god she looks like shit.. fucking clayface from batman.. all that surgery fucked her face up

I'm watching Extreme Rules 2009 and I forgot how boring the Jericho vs Edge feud was. Their match at Mania was boring too, this when I noticed how washed Edge was.

The Shad vs JTG was boring too, JTG killed me with the silky pimp perm.

Rest of the card was alright. Punk vs Rey match of the night.

watchin over the limit 2010, the way dibiase went limp after truth slapped him is damn hilarious

they had swagger lookin like a bitch, hhh like to say the mane makes the belt, shit they made it impossible for swagger to do so.

punk was lookin like "is u niggas fuckin serious" when they tried to clean up his face lol

I was at that PPV. That whole card was WOAT.

Lol can I pass on that question?

1995 had one of the most boring WWF title reigns with Diesel (and it was pretty long). Mabel being pushed and Sid main eventing for a good amount of 1995 happened too (ugh). Mid-card was very meh.

Wrestlamania was wack to me even though I did like Diesel vs Shawn Michaels which made it's mark if anything and LT vs. Bam Bam was a highlight, even though it was corny. Other great matches were Shawn Michaels vs Jeff Jarrett for the IC title and Bret Hart vs Davey Boy for the WWF title. Bret vs. Diesel at the Royal Rumble.

There were too many faces and they had the talent, but the right guys weren't being pushed or booked...or weren't ready yet. 1995 had a handful of guys who would go on to do big things, though (Godfather, Kane, Triple H, Road Dogg & Billy Gunn, X-Pac, Hardy Boyz, Rikishi).

Seems like that year was a rebuilding phase. On to 1996.

95 the WOAT. No matter how bad it gets these days it can't top 95. A lot of y'all wasn't watching then though.

I remember Mabel winning the KOTR, I remember Undertaker Phantom of the Opera mask, HBK's big return, fucking Diesel...

That said it wasn't all bad, HBK vs Razor at SummerSlam in the ladder match rematch was dope. Bret vs Bulldog IYH was dope, a classic even. Bret vs Diesel always had great matches. They never had a bad match. Jarrett was okay, obnoxious but it fit the gimmick.

The sleeper match of the year was Hakushi vs 1-2-3 Kid from..I wanna say SummerSlam. Match was dope. I think Hakushi also had a great match with Bret that year too.

Watched Wrestlemania 17. All Austin had to do was give Vince a stunner to end the show and the greatest finale to a Wrestlemania was set

The Wrestlemania 17 main event was always my favorite--even with the cheap ending. But I revisited it a couple weeks ago and I can't say that I'm "as" high on it anymore.

Wrestling was at a premium for a majority of the match as they spent much of it brawling inside and outside the ring. Not the engaging/realistic type of brawling either (ie. Reigns v Lesnar).

Looking back I feel like we all got caught up in the hype of the match. Stone Cold the Gawd vs The Rock at his peak.

Definitely entertaining but I feel l overrated it in the grand scheme of things. Just looking at that night, Angle v Benoit might have been a better overall match for the first 5 minutes alone.

And of course I'll never be able to forgive the weak ass ending. You're 100% right though that the finish could have been saved w/ a stunner to McMahon.
