The craziest part is the talent they basically shit on that would develop into top stars and World Champs...Y2J, Eddie and Rey. Lol at WWE version of Cruiser weights, that shit was sad.

im late on that cruiserweight monday night war but damn its some real shit in there, some of which still applys now in wwe even tho there are no cruiserweights smh

yeah this was probably my favorite episode actually. Eddie G was the shit, dude gave everything he had every night. RIP to the legend.

on another note, I found it semi hilarious when him and Jericho used to get pissed during the nWo storylines. even as a kid I found it funny especially when Jericho would have his meltdowns. watchin this made me realize alot of the shit they did during that time was real, they really hated that nWo shit and rightfully so.

I knew the ECW PPV's were good. But damn they are even better than i remembered.

Barely Legal: That Michinoku Pro six man was as good a Cruiserweight match as you will ever see. Taz vs Sabu was kinda eh. But the main event (Funk vs Sandman vs Raven) makes up for it in my book

Hardcore Heaven 97: Dreamer vs Jerry Lawler, Sabu vs Douglas vs Funk in a rematch of their well known three way dance and a good match with RVD vs Al Snow.

Heatwave 98: Just how fucking good was Jerry Lynn? Here he hooks up with Justin Credible. Meanwhile Credibles soon to be tag team buddy Lance Storm faced Chris Candido (good stuff). Then theres Mike Awesome vs Masato Tanaka and some very ECW like brawls with Taz vs Bam Bam Bigelow and a dudleyville street fight with all that it includes

Guilty as Charged 99: Taz vs Douglas delivers. RVD vs Storm for the TV Title is always good, Dreamer vs Credible in a Stairway to hell match (i have to look through my tapes as i believe i own the event that hosted the Sandman Sabu one from Philly). Oh and we get our first taste of Tajiri vs Super Crazy

Living Dangerously 99: Taz vs Sabu for that gnarly FTW title is alright in my book. The TV title match with RVD vs Lynn is as good as their blinder at Hardcore Heaven some two months later (if not better). Crazy and Tajiri bringing the goods again and Dreamer and Douglas team up against Credible and Storm.

Anarchy Rulz 99: This is the event with the Taz/Tanaka/Awesome three way. Also includes a GREAT (i have to put that in capitals because it is indeed GREAT) match with Lynn vs Storm, then theres Sabu vs Credible and a funny moment featuring Raven

November to Remember 2000: You could smell the stench of impending doom over this event. This was the event that opened my eyes to Kid Rock (erm Kash) who has a good little match with CW (not related to Arn) Anderson. A good tag team match with Little Guido and Tony Mamaluke taking on Tajiri and Mikey Whipwreck. The main event is a bit of a mess (four way match with Steve Corino, Lynn, Credible and erm, Sandman) though.

Guilty as Charged 2001: The final original ECW PPV. Lynn and Van Dam tears the house down although it is inferior to their earlier showdowns. Dreamer faces Anderson in a good little I Quit Match, a rematch with the tag teams from N2R 2000 and with Kash and Super Crazy thrown in for good measure

i watched december 2 dismember last night and the shit just paled in comparison, str8 wwe style matches with a different name, nxt kills that shit despite the hardy match & the color in the main event, idk how taz and joey didnt show boredom, in fact they were pretty funny

still new to the network, so as im watchin one night stand, im shocked they didnt edit benoit out, guess now i can go and check that triple threat at mania

and i wish there was something more up to date on eddie, i notice during several wwe matches he'd pause all of a sudden like he was hurt or goin thru it

u kno wat as im goin thru a lotta ecw ppvs im noticin there really is a LOT of wrestling, some of these shows u dont even see a weapon until 2 hours in, makes me even more upset when i see critics say ecw was over the top crappy blood and guts ALL THE TIME

yall watchin wwe rivalries?

i caught part 1 of the scsa vs mcmahon joint. it was pretty cool and brought back a lot of memories.

it almost felt like the material was redundant after seeing the austin episode of monday night wars tho.

I haven't watched it yet but it will never get old, same with Shawn vs Bret even tho we've seen pretty much all there is to be seen I still can't wait for that episode either

word. Heyman was ahead of the curve, he had the cruiserweights/techincal wrestlers popping before WCW did. WCW stole their talent and concept. It was a good move but it was what it was. anybody that says that doesnt know what they are talking about.

WCW = factions (nWo, 4 horsemen)

ECW = Hardcore/shoot wrestling

WWE = The Show

in every monday night war they talk about the period in 95-96 where they was realizing the over the top corny kiddy shit wasnt getting it and they was insulting niggas intelligence..

BUT THEY DOIN SOME OF THE SAME SHIT NOW!!
