32 K is not a good look, especially for a group as legendary as the Wu, it shouldn't matter either way but that's just the way it is. Hip-Hop has high standards for its artists, especially since hip-hop's glory days of taking over the charts week after week. Those days are mostly gone now, and so are the days of Wu-Tang selling millions of copies.

Wu-Tang is still one of the greatest groups of all time, that's all that matters.

Why is this even a surprise? It should be a well known fact that the masses that drive purchases in Hip Hop today don't listen to Wu like that anymore. OB4CL2 was a better and more highly anticipated album and it didn't even go gold. You can tell who is a real Hip Hop fan and who isn't though. Who gives a shit about how much an album sells? If I hear it and like it, I'm copping it. I could care less who else bought it. This chart watch that people are obsessed with is stupid. Anyone with sense should know that sales =/= quality. Vanilla Ice to this day still has one of the highest selling Hip Hop cds, are we going to say he's a top 10 rapper. Get over that shit. And the Wu niggas probably don't care about sales all that much anyway. For at least a decade, I'd say most of their money has been coming off of touring. They still put asses in the seats so they are still making their money. Not to mention that this album was probably done piecemeal so it likely didn't take a whole lot of resources to put together.
