It was a shirt someone in a video had on that said trap where? and DTP beat his ass. TI thought it was a diss to him. He just was mad because Luda was hotter than the KING at the time. so he had to pick a fight to pick up steam.

or Luda smashed Tiny... and made a joke on the sly to T.I. about it and TIP took offense Huh? did u ever think of that huh??? HUH?

both yall trippin.. a close source of mine just texted me back saying luda borrowed some fake jordans from TI and tip asked him to have them back for a show he needed to do and luda wouldnt give them back so TI started trippin and told luda that HE was the king of the south.. and thats where TI got that from and everytime he said it, it was a subliminal shot at luda thats why he took offense to it.

I think in one of luda's videos dtp had beat up somebody that appeared to have on a shirt that said "trap muzik", hence the line in the young buck song "me gettin beat down thats ludacris"

But idk I could be wrong though

i believe this is it, ion know if luda really meant anything by it, but t.i. took it personal cause his album was called trap musik...

This is how I always thought it unfolded.

1. I believe as someone previously stated Ludacris had someone getting beat up in a video (for rapper I-20) with a shirt TI THOUGHT said "Trap Muzik" on it....Turns out the shirt said "Trap Where? Trap House" You can see it at 2:12 into the video "Fighting In The Club"

2. T.I. dropped the line in his verse from "Stomp" where he said "me getting beat down that's Ludacris"....

3. Young Buck/50 Cent the beef machine then hit up Ludacris and told him he could respond on the track. 50/YoungBuck know this will generate a lot of attention towards a track on the Young Buck's album. Ludacris agrees and drops his verse with a bunch of jabs at T.I. and ending it with "Get off the T.I.P. of my dick" to certify it's at T.I.

4. T.I. and his management/label refuse to approve the use of his verse on the song "Stomp" unless Interscope/Shady/Aftermath/G-Unit Records remove Ludacris' verse from the song. (I personally thought this was a BITCH move. T.I. threw the first shot and didn't like the response? This wasn't like the Canibus/LL situation at all, this was even more bitch. T.I. knew Ludacris mirked him and he was trying to get it taken off for that reason, but T.I. should've come out swinging harder if he was gonna start it)

5. The Ludacris verse wasn't removed, so T.I. never approved his verse for use on the official album (we all heard it on the mixtapes though) and Interscope/Shady/G-Unit/Aftermath replaced the T.I. verse with The Game, and in a way...got to promote the game pretty heavily by having him in the song.

6. T.I. & Ludacris continue to have semi-subliminal shots taken at each other on T.I.'s "Urban Legend" and Ludacris' "Release Therapy"

7. T.I. punches DTP Manager Chaka Zulu....

8. Beef is later squashed and they collaborate.

Basically its stupid as shit.

4. T.I. and his management/label refuse to approve the use of his verse on the song "Stomp" Unless They Let Tip redo his verse(which imo was only right because tip thru one subliminal and luda was told it was a diss so his whole verse was geared toward t.i.)

7. T.I. punches DTP Manager Chaka Zulu....

8. Beef is later squashed and they collaborate.

Basically it Was More Of Competetion Then Actual Beef .

*Fixed .

LOL. yeah, for a long time I kept telling niggas that Ludacris is one of the nicest in the game lyrically.

Evidenced by him outrapping Nas and Jadakiss on Made You Look (remix). Like his verst was the illest in that song
