You need to travel more if you have to ask the question "does everyone in the south speak like this?" To answer your question.....hell naw! In fact some of these niggas in the rap game from the south don't even speak that way. Plies is the biggest fake in the game when it comes to making himself sound like some ignorant southern nigga in his songs, but when he speaks in an interview he speaks very well. T.I. does the same shit, but not to the extremes that this guy does. T.I. has a tendency to not complete the pronunciation of words in songs or when he's on his "street nigga" shit in interviews.

I will say this though, there are a lot of uneducated/under-educated people who speak just like dude in Georgia for sure, but the great majority of people in Georgia/the south does not speak like that.
