WTF is headphone music?

i consider "headphone music" to be a term used by insecure pseudo intellectual faggots tho, pretty much ignorant idiots who think that every single type of music should "bang the whip". the type of lamo that would buy the same album over and over cause it "bangs the whip yo".

IMO, its music you enjoy personally on your own time. Sometimes "headphone music" is not that preferable in the whip, or at the club or parties. A classic 'headphone music' example to me is It Was Written. I can sit around an enjoy all of the lyrics and stories like at work or some shit, but i wouldn't ride around banging it in my car or expect to hear "The Set Up" at the club. Headphone Music, if you ask me, can also be termed as Personal Favs, that wouldn't really appeal if your around friends and shit like that.

I play anything in my car. I don't separate my music. I don't say "well these songs I'm gonna play in my headphones, and these over here is for the car" I play what I like whether it's in the car or headphones.

Niggas falling for marketing. Dr. Dre Beats are inferior headphones, and if we were going by true price Beats would be 50$-60$ range headphones for their performance. For the money you pay for Beats, you're better off getting something from Sennheiser, Audio-Technica, Klisph (sp?), etc (you know, real [audiophile] headphones).

I think Beats opened people up to spending over $200 on headphones. I have a pair of V-moda that sound better than any headphones I've heard and have enough bass to compete with some car stereos. I think car speakers surround you with sound but some good headphones will allow you to hear each Instrument.
