It is well known that those of lower mental capability often reproduce in far greater numbers than those more intelligent. What this leads to is the conclusion that the numbers of dumb people are growing far faster than the numbers of intelligent peoples. This is an apparent bad thing. At least to me. Maybe there is a silver lining i dont see though.

Well you see your idea of eugenics varies from someonelses, and so on and so on. It's a very bad thing, not a good thing.
