What could Satan had done had Jesus proved who he was? Nothing. Jesus could've ended all this do called source of evil right then and there but he knew that Satan wasn't the source.

Dawg....1st what are you talking about? and 2nd, what was your point?

He was trying to get him to bow down to him AS IF he were God. Which would have been against what the Bible teaches. He was first trying to get him to both disobey God as well as have him reverence him (satan) as God. Like I said in my original post.....
