Their soup game is top notch. That's that soup you need when your hungover. Hella sriracha sauce in that soup to. Trust me on that!

Truth. Once you've had Pho, no other soup will do.

its generally eaten as an appetizer. its ground up pork liver veggies and other spices into a sort of paste. spread on crackers or toast.
