no. he had a chance to do it on BP3 and WTT and he dropped the ball. Jay Z dont have it in him. I was secretly hopin he would shut haters like me up with WTT but he didnt put a half heart into it. His flow is dead. Im not feeling the Bronchitis Jay raps. that auh after every bar is getting out of hand now. his content is boring and cliche. new white person that hangs out with him only because he has money, watch alerts, cars, and of course his pussy subliminal shots. I kind of feel sorry for Jay Z because its been 10 years since he dropped a classic album. If he still had his 2001 wits about him Jay Z wouldnt be making bullshit rap Jay Z would still be going hard on the mic. ether took everything out of this man. The only Jay Z shit worth listening to for value is his first 6 years in the game. everthing after BP 1 (except TBA) is nothing to write home about. BP2-garbage BP3-garbage KC-garbage AG-decent WTT-garbage.

I agree with tromp and Nothingbutthetruth.

they said everything I was gonna say as far as Jays fans being bias and his track record since blueprint in 01. Unless he returns to relating to the streets he will probably keep rappin about wearing his swag, his chains and watches, biting Biggie, and wearing all black every song. He's far removed from dead presidents, streets is watching, streets is talkin, squeeze first, threat and joints like that.

I hope for his Legacy sake that we wrong but after Watch the throne I'm not optimistic. Watch the Throne considering Jay Z when he was at his best and Kanye before 808 when he was at his best, That WTT shit shoulda been some historic kill anything I've heard Dr. Dre chronic impact type of shit and it wasn't. It was ok which is bad for those caliber rappers

The jay-z we know and love is gone (1996-2003). So fans def need to stop waiting on another BP1 or Dynasty record and settle for the Euro-rap bullshit. Don't worry though his next album will probably be crowned the greatest piece of musical art in modern memory by rolling stone complex or any other publication. Shit is depressing.

Pretty much. Although I kinda feel like AG was a true exception to that rule.

.............AG def had its moments. Honestly when the nigga startin callin himself identifying himself more as J-Hova (paranoid self-righteous blasphemous asshole) than Jigga (nigga who worked for his riches and fame, was down to earth and was the honestly the best nigga out) it was the beginning of the end.

JayZ should do an album produced soley by Ski Beatz, Ye, and Preemo

i honestly think that something like that could be a true game changer. but its not happening.

best we can get is that he at least stays away from these soul-lacking "euro-beats" (yeah i said it). i like him on shit like the joy. and i expected him to be on some classic sounding beat too on that j. cole album but instead he was on the only dubstep influenced beat. smh.
