I cant really say that ppl respect Drug Dealers more then 9-5'ers i think ppl respect money. In the inner city you dont really see the dudes thats getting alot of money legally. Most of the dudes that you see thats working legally are struggling and you see the dudes out in the streets and to the outside these dudes have the cars the girls and the respect so thats what all ppl want. When in fact dudes out here hustling have it harder then anybody.

Thats why i say its important that these niggas that make it come too the hood and show that its possible to make it in a legal way. It was a thread about Birdman before and dudes was saying that he dont owe his community anything. Everytime black ppl make it instead of reaching back they look down.

Yeah I remember coming up we only respected flash or muscle, that was about the extent.

I hear people all the time saying that once you make it you dont owe the community anything but I disagree, I think we should always try to remeber wee we came from and assist those who are still stuck there if we can. I know its impossible to save the entire Hood but at least try to put your peoples on and and give them a chance to put themselves in a position to help the next man once they get the ability to do so.

Getting a job is hard for dudes that just got out of College or have never been arrested in their life. Imagine how hard it is for a dude that may have felonies. Not making an excuse cuz theirs alot of dudes i know that got them jobs or wateva but theirs plenty more that werent able to get jobs. Everything aint as black and white or as easy as alot of ppl make it seem.

I went to school for HVAC when it was time for me to take an Apprenticeship i couldnt even get one because i had a Felony and wasnt able to be Bonded so i ended up going to school for nothing.
