nah that comprasion does'nt make sense being that pac did'nt put out a mixtape the only way u could be heard back in the 90's was to either put singles out or put out a album wiz and drake did'nt even have a offical album out by the time drop they music off they mixtapes and the industry and the economy was different people had money to spend on cd's and going gold was considered succesful
