I was speaking it terms of a serious relationship, if a chick just wants to fuck me the first week she better not expect me too call her back.

I don't use the whole double standard card all the time but in situations like this, the chick is trash and the behavior of the man is expected. A man can never be called a hoe but a women can.

but why? i know that's what society wants us to believe. but how does that even make reasonable sense in your mind? and if you held yourself to the same standards this wouldn't even be an issue...

I don't try to believe everything society considers a norm but when it comes to a women some shit just makes perfect sense. Women have much more to loose if they keep fucking too much but men don't ask God why he made women like that.

how does it make perfect sense tho?... yea women we can get pregnant and have a marginally higher risk getting a std but a man still faces the same obstacles and if a woman uses the proper protection you will not have to worry about these issues.... so if a woman uses condoms/birth control etc. what more does she have to loose than a man?

1.Most females don't use this rule anymore but if they did, it's like a "guaranteed" time so that you can bring it up when it's time. If she still don't put out, dump that bitch. (The average time is usually 2 weeks to 2 months thought I know IC dudes get it the first week . . . . . . .)

2.Females can say, "Whenever I'm ready". What if she not ready in 5 months,8 months, a year or she'll never be ready for you at all. Well the 3 month time eliminates that bullshit.

3.For the guys willing to wait it out, why not have other chicks on the side?

4.For both male and females who are serious about a relationship. A lot can go down within 3 months. If the person you like doesn't want a relationship by that time, either you can still talk to them if you feel like it can still work or you probably think you're wasting your time because it's a vibe but the person is not ready yet so why not go to another male/female who can give you the same plus more?

Ultimately the double standard has absolutely no affect on me personally but that is entirely besides the principle itself.
The flesh is weak and women are generally expected to have more will power being that "we have more to lose."
It has nothing to do with playing fair, it's about being responsible for YOUR own actions.
Some folks really need to get over themselves.

Now, it's been a while and correct me if I am wrong but I do believe it does take at least two people to have sex. Both parties are equally responsible for their part in it and should be held accountable, that is the bottom line.
Saying that a woman should be more responsible because of the maternal factor etc. is as ridiculous as a pregnant woman blaming the man for impregnating her.
