South Carolina. And it's not just the hole-in-the wall strip clubs where you can touch. There's no bounds on touching at even the good ones (Crush, La Royce). And if you take the bitch back to VIP you can finger her and and suck her titties, if you're into doing that sort of thing with strippers.
