1. & 3. Pimps ain't goin nowhere, establishments = taxes and taxes = higher prices, especially on taboo industries where the only consolation to the perceived immorality is super high taxes. If I can get a better managed product at a lower price plus have my encounters be discreet, why wouldn't I? Establishments would be the pimps, but it wouldn't be a boutique with a stable, it'll be commercialized, with a registry. Think wal-mart vs whole foods with the prices flip flopped.
