You said all time, and that doesn't sound like a personal opinion. De La Soul is my 3rd favorite group of all time, and I'm sure they're not cracking a lot of people's top 5... more power to em. I think NWA sans Ice Cube damn near destroyed hip hop with their internal beefs and shady business moves, and shouldn't be anywhere near a top 5 list with only two albums... but that's not a popular opinion either. However, that doesn't blind me from the contributions they made in hip hop, so I acknowledge that they're a top 5 group based on consensus. All that being said, is that YOUR opinion, or do you think they should be top 5 on everyone's list? Cuz I don't think they did anything that puts them there outside of selling a few records and having a future Lil Wayne in the group.
