why dont more black athletes have black agents?

i was remembering a story deion told about how he wouldnt sign with his sports agent unless he took a black guy under his wing and taught him the game. all these niggaZ is getting these white boys rich so they can put they white friends in the game all the while leaving the black sports agent broke and working another job. these black athletes man i tell you. they sell out they people and the community more and more each dollar a nigga makes.

And since most all sports-agents for NBA and NFL, are Jews, and they have no intentions of letting niggz in on that money;

No such thing as "support Black business" when you're about to get drafted and are searching for an agent

I see your point, but sort of disagree...

Say if Lebron, DWade, Melo and Bosh all signed to the same Black Agent... that Agent now has serious clout in the NBA and to marketing firms. If that agent succeeds in getting huge deals for these 4 dudes than it opens the door for other Black Agents to succeed. The problem is that athletes get comfortable with these other dudes and aren't willing to part with agents unless they feel like they're getting robbed.

First thing you need to look at is ho9w many black agents are even out there. I remember there were 2 black guys that were brothers. But they kept fucking up to the point where most of their clients jumped ship. They fucked up Lavar Arrington contract. and one of them was suspended for doing something . But that's the same with all jobs... I'm saying that 95% of Black athletes are not openly conscious about having Black representation because David Falk or Drew Rosenhous is seen as "The Guy"... I believe that a Lebron or Cam doesn't need the Big Name White Agent because whomever they hire as their rep is immediately a Big Name Agent b/c they rep the big star.

David Falk made the Nike deal happen for Jordan... then after that every deal that Falk got for Jordan was on the strength of Jordan's performance, not because of Falk's savvy. Falk has skills for sure... but when you're handling the top athlete in the world, how much work is it to get top dollar to have him pitch your product?

Nigga never took the time to research the credentials it takes to be a sports agent. Never researched anything to find out what athletes look for when they are searching for a sports agent.

why use an agent at all IMO ? get a good lawyer to look over your contract to make sure you know the fine print. as for as endorsements , if they like you they will find you. probably wouldn't work for your average player but some of these athletes are gonna get the best offer anyway, what more could an agent do for them?

And most agents graduated from Wharton, Harvard Business School, Johns Hopkins Business School, or Yale or Princeton Law School. So, these dudes who are usually white or their religion are jewish compared to others. So.....If you a athlete are you gonna listen to a Harvard Educated MBA graduate or a dude from FAMU? No Disrespect to FAMU. We need more black men in these schools achieving at the same level as their white counterparts.
