when the quality of law enforcement is head and shoulders above the ones in suburban areas? niggas got like 90 year old female cops and shit in the suburbs.....and you got the NYPD probably the best and toughest police force in the country...and theres crime nonstop

That has nothing to do with the fact that there are less jobs in the hod because of globalization moving jobs out of neighborhoods. When times are hard and economic recession hits, we are among the group that is hit the hardest, because class and race discrimination leaves us with less avenues and resources. Crime is seen as an easy way out and one of the options are are available. Whereas in the suburbs, the situation is different, because more opportunities exist for people with more money and the "right" skin color. I don't agree about it having anything to do with police presence, even though I can understand why you would say that.

The average shoplifter in the United States is the forty year old white man. Statistics don't lie.
