living in DC you better drink a bottled water. I had to get a shot in my ass as a kid b/c all DC schools had lead in the water. A lot of times we couldn't even drink the water coming out the faucet.

That is just a picture of a dog drinking out of a public water fountain. That has nothing to do with the quality of water coming out of it. Unless you're saying you let dogs drink right out of the faucet in the sink in your house.
