Why do we work?

If so, I never said that the rich are broken up inside. You can be rich and spiritually fulfilled. Most people who chase their desires and the wanting for material items are middle class. The rich don't necessarily work themselves into a stressful existence. They let money work for them, not the other way around. I was answering the question, "why are we slaves to work?"

somebody has to..

take out the garbage

sell me food

serve my food

catch my food

murder my food

chop my food into pork chop slices

create the oven that cooks my food

create the knifes and folks i eat with

you see were i am going with this, i like food!

So @YunnSanco‌ what do you do for a living? If i had to guess you're still in college

Also, the demographic of those unhappy people you talk about plays a part. Is it the monotony of the job makin them unhappy, or is it the mid life crisis, crappy marriage, and realization they're getin old. Those things all happen regardless of what you doin in life

And not everyone who has a boring 9-5 is either a) struggling, b) working hard, or c) complaining. Lol Trust

We work because our planet is a civilization where 99% of the population has been made to believe a small piece paper has great weight. Money is king and the means to survival for much of society. In such a social engineered environment, sitting on your ass can mean death and/or misery.

Blue collar, white collar, or career criminal, we all have to offer some type of service in exchange for income. We work, because that's how this shit works.

Now the only opposite to that is being person that lives off the land. Tribes in who knows what jungle have done it since the beginning of time. People are more than welcomed to live like that if they want to. But most people choose to work in, or around, the system cause they know they ain't bout that Naked And Afraid life.

Imagine a world where everything was free, then there'd be no need to work

And how the fuck will these things get produced

it would be free! Cars are mostly machined made anyways.

Everything is free. Period. A world like that would mean everything is machine and robotically created. Which could actually be done now

These things would have to be made how dense can yall mother fuckers be ..labor is needed to conceptualize and make the shit

Thats work

The person who hunted.. the mother fucker that gathered worked it was their task...a job

Do you think you can wish objects here

Do you think machines are born

Lolz machines make machines bro! I'm pretty sure they could give a certain incentive for the scientists but for regular people its free, everything accessible. Also think if its free new models wont cone out every year and they damn sure wont be made of tinfoil.

you have to reshape your whole mind of thinking my friend to vision it. Where you see work its a solution to where its not work or wont be after you've done it the first time.

@ bolded there is no way anyone can be this dumb. No way.

@ underlined. That means its work. And we're only talking about making cars. Who will FIX the cars. Who will make the materials to feed thes machines (rubber, plastic, etc.). Who makes the warehouse to house the machines. Who builds the roads the drive the cars on?? Will those people be given 'incentives' too? Last time i checked thats called a salary.

Oh but wait...everything is free! So what would i do with an 'incentive'!? I dont need money, b/c everything's free!?! So why would i waste my time building your machine/road/ etc when i can get what i want w/out doin anything

So who's volunteerng to maintain and build the infrastructure (do you know how long that takes)

Your society is crumbling before its even built. lls How ironic @yunnsanco you gettin work for free right now...

Uhm the only reason you think its foolish cause you want to debate and be right.

when I said incentive is was to make machines aka robots to do most manual work.. Which can be done.

Rubber, warehouse, not plastic it would be wise to go to something stronger. They use plastic because its cheaper and when cars crash insurance companies get paid so on and so on.

Basically its no scenario where manual constant labor from humans will be required after the system is put in place. You underestimate the capabilities we have my friend

Incentive doesn't constitute only money do it?

Right because you're making the argument purely about how the society will be constructed and start...not how it will operate after the foundation has been put in place.

what's your fixation with roads and infrastructure as if we don't have any already. If you don't want to help make A.I to be used for the betterment of mankind then that's just you. I'm sure others will. Again its no obstacle that can't be climbed over.
