Wtf

mcdonald's has mastered the art of low-level subconscious coonery images. they did have a black ceo for a while though so at least they were willing to go all the way with it.

they target all demographics in different marketing schemes. I live in bushwick brooklyn which has a large latino population, i always see mcd's ads in spanish. same thing with seeing a mcd's commercial on BET with an all black cast

It's genius advertisement and has been working for decades. I stopped eating that trash years ago. It targets poor people in general, because poor people are more likely to buy fast food instead of cooking. Moms used to buy that garbage a lot growing up and when her grand kids were little.

Ever since the 90s they young African Americans enjoying fatty greasy McDonald's. Now they got niggas jumping and dancing for a big mac. Is it racist? Or am I too bored?

They had to do it. Up to the 90's you would have been hard pressed to see Black faces in a McD's commercial. As everyone else started to target Black folks with success (Those classic Sprite commercials, Coke, etc), McD's followed suit. At one point during the late 90's they had the shit mastered with some very Dilla-esque beats over some fairly dope commercials.

My brother gotta home boy that'll spend about $30 at McDonald's because his wife don't cook, clean or nothing. He basically gotta do all of the work

I was thinking the same when I saw white people in the commercial. I took it as a personal racist assault against me.

On another note the movie called the founder is s good movie about how Mickey d's started and how they ray took the business from the founders and turned it to what it is today
