It's not wack, Outlawz weren't wack. They were just meh, averege rappers.
I feel every song that they are on would be better without them but that doesn't mean I feel that they are wack just that if I listen to a Pac album I don't want Outlawz on half of them.
Ok on 1-2 because they were his homies but more than that is just too much of Outlawz for me.

Pac thought he was slick and its clear as day...the dude knew he wasn't a lyrical dynamo so that's why he'd let these corny Outlaw chumps hop on a record with him....Pac couldn't outshine his counterparts (ie Big, Nas, Jay, LL, Pras and so on) but he knew he could murk these Outlaw niggas because they fucking sucked! Fatal was the only one that could somewhat hang with Pac but that's not saying much....and "Hail Mary" should've been just Pac alone...

But Pac was on records with Face, Ice Cube, Ice-T, Meth and Red, Treach and Biggie and didn't get murked by anyone. He might have had a weaker verse but murked is just too strong of a word.

Noble killed that hailmary verse. And pac was lyrical as hell but he chose the poetic type of style which u here on most his music and pac usally outshined other artist when ever he was on track with them including biggie, and biggie is more lyrical then him. (Running from the police) yeah pac was slick because he knew how to make music and he didn't over do it on lyrics so the audience could connect with him. You need to more then lyrical in order to be a great artist. That's y canibus is where he at and pac is where he's at.

thank you sir im glad im not the only one who thought that noble killed it...his verse was sick! I heard from alotta folks that were close to Pac say that Hail Mary was one of his favorites...and that he loved the way Kastro came in and changed the whole vibe of the song lol that was his favorite part...They got a A.P.B, out on my Thug family since the Outlawz run these streets, like these skanless freaks

Not only that when that song dropped in 96 it set the streets on fire..... hail mary is a classic song, that's just simple and plain from the concept, to the unorthadox beat, to the hook to whole vibe of the song ,...there not too many if any songs in rap like it. It was a erie song cuz it was released around the time pac died......itwas like his ghost was talking.......definitely some classic shit.

shout to Nasty New St!

yea man, when the outlaws came out we was amped.

A couple things. Nobles verse was dope on that track. Dont forget about Yaf Khadafi who could rip as well.

Out of all the Outlaws, Noble is the one who is has had the best career. He has done a lot of work and dropped some dope material. His mixtape with Sticman from dead prez was very dope.

My favorite is fatal thats my brother right there dude a beast back on the mic...and probably the only guy that never dropped a wack verse on a Pac album even the ones that came out after Pacs death...just check his verse on dumpin
