I lived and visited the South plenty of times but if i was 30 with Kids thats the ideal place to be to get settled in and live at a slower pace but right now aint nobody got time for that. Plus theres not enough diverse Cultures other than Southern Florida for me to want to live there.

I agree with all that to an extent, but the reason I put so much into lyrics is because that is not subjective at all. "songmaking" is subjective.
