Most rappers today are garbage regardless of the regions.

Each area is different though. Some things are well received in certain regions where in other regions its not.

For example....the Harlem Shake and Chicken Noodle Soup BS would not be accepted in other areas.

However, somehow ATL accepted that Snap ya fingers BS.

Florida was on that Jam Pony talk over the record game and also slow/drag tapes (Texas calls it "screw") but not many other places could stand it outside of some pockets in the SE. Yes, Florida started that screw sh*t.
