i can only remember 1 early east/south colabo. i remember kool g. rap did a song with bushwick, scarface, and ice cube back 92-93. 2 the head. shit was dope. other than that i cant remeber an east coast rapper doing anything beyond sout of nj. just saying. niggas nationwide was kicking it but ny were steady hating. it was yalls loss b/c i appreciated atcq, busta, jada, etc. i also appreciated snoop, nwa, short, spice 1, dogg pound, e-40, etc. i also appreciated goodie mob, geto boys, 8ball &mjg, trick, ugk, etc. every1 else has a well rounded appreciation for the culture except the east.

His Buzz was not as Big in LA as it was IN New york But he still had a Buzz in LA which is more then Most westcoast artists of the same caliber could say about their own Buzz in NY. Kats Like Mac Mall, Spice 1, WC, Mack 10 and Coolio were Huge out west how Big did they get over their? how Many times did you hear anyonf them on the radio(Maybe Coolio cause of gangstas paradise) the shit does not seem to run Both ways with NYC and the rest of the nation. Also you never answered where else you lived to speak on the contrasting differences and consistancies from place to place...

As a hip hop veteran I have always been perprexled by the hate that the east coast has thrown at every other region in hip hop. The south has always been down with the west, the west has always been down with the mid west, and the mid west has always been down with the south. But while everyone else was doing their thing and showing love nationwide the east coast managed to hate on all of these regions at one point or another. Anyone who knows and studies the history of hip hop can't argue the fact that the east coast is the home of the haters. My question is why? From hating on NWA in the '80s, to hating on the Outkast in the 90's, to hating on Nelly in the 2000's the east coast has made a cottage industry out of hating on every new sound, style, culture, etc. So east coast why are you so damn mad and wassup with the hate ?????

Because y'all allow wack people to shine. You guys stay ruining the perception of Hip-Hop with your coonish tactics...
