Neither, what impact would they expect to have, Ja Rule was in a group and shined and got on, Rick Ross did his thing, they'll be forgotten like the rest of them

Rick Ross been relevant for twice as long as Ja. He actually sorta came back when niggas thought he was dead. Y'all just hate Rick Ross

I guess if you wanna be real about it... It's Ja for only one reason. It helped further the bullshit that its half rappin+half singing=sales lane in hip-hop. To me its a negative impact as far as quality, but commercially its helping some wack niggas bankrolls that wouldn't of made too much noise otherwise.

Ja ushered in a new main stream type of hip hop that many followed, ross took an existing type of rap but even with his success that hasnt brought life back to that style

came In To say this..Ross basically hopped on the trap music wave... ja created his own n went against everything popping in his own lane, to the point that def jam didn't wanna release his album. Nigga took a risk n it paid off e en if 50 was able to use it against him

Ja Rule made the bigger impact. He sold more records and at his peak he was more popular.

But Rick Ross is better at rapping.

Ross doesnt sell though, so he hasnt fallen off but hasnt blown up either.

Didn't really listen to much Ja,but he had alot of hits, more bigger hits than Ross.

I think most of Ja singles will stand the test of time, where as Ross he's are good for the moment for like a couple of months and you never hear those songs again

Vote Ja automatically because i need someone ti explain to me what impact Rick Ross EVER had with anything music related
