Who would you say had a better career , Fat Joe or Fabolous?

I personally prefer Fab from a rapping standpoint but you can't deny Fat Joe has some good albums and some classic street shit (My lifestyles remix, Take a look at my life, 300 brolic, Incredible, John Blaze,etc). Then again Fab got some dope club/radio records too (Make me better, So into you, Breathe, Holler back, Can't deny it,etc).

This is tough. Both are slept on when i think about it.

Tough question. Fat Joe has the better catalouge imo. Fab has more commercial success. It's a toss up depending on your criteria. But if I had to choose I'd say Joe had the better career, off the strength of his discography.

People kind of sleep on Fat Joes career, dude been in the game since the early 90s and always been respected for the most part on the street shit.

Fab is a better rapper but I don't know if I can say he has a better discography not counting mixtapes.

From a fan perspective i'd say Joe, he put in more work and is directly linked to legends Big L and Pun. He was also crew oriented so he tried to feed the homies.

From a logical perspective i'd say Fabolous. Nigga seem pretty lazy but bitches love him, he makes decent music for his target audience, hasnt got in any trouble with the law, or had his name slandered by his own family. He just play the cool guy, he's who Big Sean hopes to be in ten years.

I still listen to the darkside series at times. I think it's underappreciated. Never really listened to fab outside of features and mixtapes. I feel like Joe has had a more full career as far as running the whole gamut. I think Joe has had better albums, while fab shines everywhere else as far as hits, mixtapes, and features and overall cool factor, but joe has all of these things too, just not like fab, but it's hard to give someone the nod when their catalog falls short.. Joe has been very workman like in his career but he doesn't have the shine that fab does.
