Gunna put my son up on one of the older ones tonight. Havent decided which one tho.

The first one. Still one of the best superhero movies ever.

28 years later and it's still the best one. The characters, the acting, the writing, the visuals, the score. It's probably Tim Burton's best film.

This batmobile is the goat imo.

A+ all around.

cosign on that Batmobile being GOAT.

and as a child i was more a "Returns" fan but the Original grew on me the older i got.

the gloominess, the art deco building in Burtons movie is what i love about them "Forever" and "Robin" were to bright.

Saw this on wiki on why Michael Keaton backed out of Forever

Michael Keaton, the actor that portrayed Batman in the first two films, was originally attached to reprise his role, but he declined after learning that Schumacher would direct the film. Keaton later recalled, "I knew it was in trouble when (Schumacher) said, ‘Why does everything have to be so dark?’"

It all went downhill after Michael Keaton left imo.

I wasn't feeling Kilmer or Clooney's reprisals of Batman, other than the animated movies everything of the character was mostly garbage until Nolan came along with his vision.

Just my opinion though.

Batman Forever is a classic right behind the original and the dark knight......fight me

It was ok for what it was but I would never put it up with the top tier. It's like the You Only Live Twice of Batman movies.

The only Bale Batman movie I prefer to the 2 Keaton ones is The Dark Knight but not by much. Batman Begins I always found boring as fuck and TDKR is borderline atrocious.

At least they put the character back in a good place with the general public though. Let's see what Affleck does with all that goodwill.

The script was just terrible.

But i was entertained shit was like a comedy

Those were the days where Clooney could not deliver one line without his head bobbing like a car ornament.

"Hey freeze! I'm Batman!"

*bobs head*

"She wants to kill you, Dick!"

*bobs head*

"Alfred's dying"

*bobs head*
