Some mixtapes nigga? Really? lmao

U think any other Southern Legends is gonna be braggin about there mixtapes that they made? Thats some bootleg shit yo lol

I never heard Wayne brag about a mixtape, Wayne had the Biggest impact on the south/rap game in the last 5 years through music period, Mixtapes, Albums and Features. While most of the "legends" have been dormant or irrelevant in the same time span.

esp. the ones who don't think Boosie should @ least be considered

"R.I.P. to Robert Davis, he the king of the south.. anything else said need to shut ya fuckin mouth.."

Homie didnt say that. He brought up his mixtapes which I think arent great examples for being the best. When exactly has Wayne actually put out a good to great album btw?

Since it says "currently", it's either T.I. or maybe Rick Ross by default based on albums. The rest haven't dropped an album since 2011 (Wayne, Jeezy), haven't dropped an album in over two years (Bun B), haven't dropped in album in nearly five years (Face), or haven't dropped a solo at all (Andre 3000).

If it's based on individual verses then it's between Andre 3000 ("Sixteen" and "Sorry") and Scarface ("Hip Hop").

Personally, the whole topic of King of the South is kind of pointless. It's not even an argument since it's a title that T.I. coined for himself. Mystikal named himself "Prince of the South" and T.I. took it a step further.

Ain't none of them really makin a lot of noise right now. I mean Rick Ross is makin noise but he's lame as fuck and stuff. I think the throne is kinda vacant right now

wait so picking a former corrections officer who was probally in the business when TI was doing one of his stints is any better?

Rick ross dropped GFID and that shit flopped. Im not talking sales wise im talkign critical acclaim wise. when that album dropped this summer meek had more buzz than officer rozay. How you gon be king of a region but have to steal another niggas name and lie about your past?
